FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've made it as simple as possible. Once you've decided that you want to book an inspection, I'll send you a link, either via text or email where you can book an appointment in just a few clicks. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to view/sign the service agreement and pay for the service. I ask that you sign the agreement and pay for the inspection before or at the time of the inspection. I welcome you to be present for the inspection but it's not required that you do so. Once I've completed the inspection, I'll have a report sent to you within 48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified and state licensed home inspector and member in good standing with the International Association of Home Inspectors.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is an architect and at an early age I became interested in building. I started doing repairs on our own house and moved on to doing larger remodels and new additions for family friends. I quickly realized that there is rarely a shortage of work for skilled carpenters, however, years of building takes its toll and I decided to undergo training to become a home inspector so I could continue working in the same field in a way that was less strenuous on the body.
