Introduction: I offer Reiki sessions (harmonization of energy). I'm a Reiki practitioner who is trained by E. Katrin Kissel and Prisca Dale. I am available only by appointment, and you'll receive the Reiki session in my place. A session lasts about an hour, and rates start at $50 a session. Reiki is a universal life force energy that is channeled through the practitioner and goes out of his or her hands, working with the higher self of the receiver for the body, mind, and spirit's health and well-being. Some of the benefits of Reiki may include: - Deep relaxation - Accelerated healing - Better sleep - Pain relief - Lower blood pressure - Increased vitality - Removal of energy blocks - Raised vibrational frequency, assisting with emotional clearing and spiritual growth Reiki is useful for those who suffer from insomnia, stress, tension, and emotional difficulties, chronic fatigue, and migraines, but is also used as a treatment to help those suffering from side effects of chemotherapy, AIDS, and chronic diseases. You can help eliminate addictions and emotional problems. Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment, but is approved by the NIH as a complementary alternative medicine and is in use in major research hospitals. Clients are fully clothed and are lightly touched -- this is not a massage. Most people fall into a restful sleep and experience a great sense of comfort and peace after a session.
