Writing and Editing and Proofing, Oh My!
Introduction: My nearly three decades as a magazine, bio and press release writer, plus a decade-plus as a magazine and online editor, and proofreader, make me perfectly suited to many writing/copy editing jobs.
I've always loved the written word -- I'm an avid reader -- and I'm a bit of a grammar geek, and I love the part where when I finish writing something I get to see a physical manifestation of my creation.

I have worked with Jim on two different occasions. Both times he wrote a biography (for me) to accompany the release of my albums.
Not only is Jim a very talented writer he is very professional and easy to talk to, in person and on the phone. He is thorough in his writing, pays attention to details and puts in the time that is required to write a beautiful piece. You can tell from his work he like what he does, which is hard to come by these days!!
His past experience in music journalism and in radio...and the fact that he is a true fan of music made him a perfect match for me. I highly recommend working with Jim and will work with him again in the future.
