Stephanie is an intelligent, outstanding and intuitive person and coach. She tailors individual workout by adopting principles from several disciplines of her vast knowledge of dancing, personal training, boxing, martial arts, nutrition etc. to get the best restult possible for me. She's very tenacious and works well with groups or individual. I've been working with her for over 2years and I've gained lots of knowledge on what's best for my body. She's been a very positive influence in my life and is always there to listen and give advise. She's the best at what she does and I've never had any complaints. Stephanie was my personal trainer and I was impressed by so many qualities she possesses. To name a few: -Passion for Fitness, along with her abundant knowledge of dance -Excellent Communication style -Focus -Knowledge, Know-How and skillful Questions -Empathy and Compassion -Educated (She educated me on what was best to do for me, without using gym lingo that I would not have followed very easily) -Homework assignments! -Life-changing Nutritional advice as well as nutrition plans I've had many good trainers in different cities. Stephanie is by far the best one I've had the pleasure to train with. Your body will benefit from her as a trainer. Your life will benefit from being around this stellar personality.

Stephanie was/is my personal trainer.....she has a passion for training and it shows in the workouts. Her knowledge combined with her passion help tailor the workout to each student. I enjoy cycling, Stephanie adjusted and designed our training to encorporate a lot of stretching along with strength training......OUTSTANDING.
