Most common is doing bank recons and posting to their QuickBooks. Running their financial reports on a monthly basis and correcting their mistakes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a firm that offers a get to know us attitude, a company that doesnt try to lock you into a contract right off the bat. You should be able to try them out for a period of time so they can evaluate and see if a package is truly what your company needs. Some smaller firms may only need a few hours a month of bookkeeping support, so, an expensive package may not be a good fit.
