Karen is awesome! She spent a lot of time with me, my dog, and my family who all live together understanding what was really going on with my aggressive dog. She gave great tips and recommendations for little things that help establish a clear pack order so that my dog is happy and more relaxed. I have definitely seen an improvement in my dog immediately. I just need to get better about my own consistency with the method and be committed to being a pack leader which is hard sometimes but my dog needs it. She's really great, tons of insight and methods that seem small but make a huge difference in dog language.
Bob trained both of my Brittanys from puppyhood. He did an amazing job, and my strong exuberant dogs are both extremely well-mannered and manageable. Bob is thoughtful, kind, and patient, and gives each individual dog the time needed to learn. He tailors the training to suit each dog's specific needs and personality. Most of all, my dogs enjoyed their lessons and were always happy to see Bob. That speaks volumes for his methods. He always makes the training sessions enjoyable for both dog and owner. I am proud to be able to tell everyone that my dogs are Weatherwax trained, and I would not even consider working with anyone else. He will definitely be training all future dogs for me.
Great people. Great service. Our dogs go out on 2 hour socialization hikes or trips to a park, 3 days/wk. And they go for neighborhood walks, 2-3 days/wk. I rest assured that they are getting excercise and are with experienced, knowledgeable, caring people. Even when walking or playing with several dogs, they are aware of each dog's needs. I trust them to drop off, pick up, or feed my dogs when no one is home. Both of my guys get very excited when Theresa or Brad come to the door. They have been a part of our lives for well over a year and we are very grateful.
Shane has been taking good care of my dogs for a few weeks. One of my dogs is very old and requires special care. I really appreciate all that Shane is doing to take care of my dog babies.
Angie arrived right on time and was very professional. She did a great job cleaning! My only regret is that I didn't book her for the entire day. I will be sure to have her come back on a regular basis to help me.
Alison house and dog sits for us. We all love her and I feel very comfortable having her stay at our home. She provides excellent care to our dogs and wants them to enjoy being with her. She is responsible, so kind and loves animals.
Petra is great and very patient with our dog Tobi that doesn’t get along with our cat but already after 3 lessons is improving and also learning obedience commands!
Tara is one of the very few pet sitters I trust my pets with. Her conscientiousness and attention to detail is bar none. She treats my 2 dogs and 2 cats like the treasured family members that they are, and I truly have peace of mind when I am away and I know that they are in Tara's loving care. If you want exceptional pet care service and peace of mind, then Tara is the one to call!
On several occasions we have had RICK take care of our dogs either staying at the house or doing daycare ... Rick is very good with animals and very good with people .
The best pet care professional I know!
I've known Barbara for a number of years, she used to take care of my old dog that is deceased and she took care of my new puppy as well. She's an excellent dog walker and dog sitter. I would recommend her 100% to anyone.
Stephanie was VERY thorough in her analysis of my dogs. She is VERY gentle, patient, kind and I am overly happy with the results of her training sessions so far. She has only seen my 4 dogs twice, but already I have seen changes in them on the things she/I are working on. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephanie. Just my two cents =)
Everything was excellent. Lisa is a great person. I would recommend her to everyone requiring pet services.
I have had the unique opportunity to work with dogs both one-on-one and in a pack/group setting professionally at two different doggie day care & boarding facilities. This has given me the opportunity to work hands on with dogs of various different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. This has also provided me the insight to really see what the client expects when leaving his or her beloved pet in the care of another individual.
I am extremely responsible and dependable. You can count on me. I will give that extra bit to your loved ones or home that creates a feeling of safety.
We moved to Los Angeles from New York City in 2009 with our Jack Russell terrier, Brecken. As a 7-month-old puppy, Brecken was true to his breed -- high-energy, smart and devious (chewed coffee table legs, unraveled rugs, and shredded doggy toys). Of course, this meant that our first order of business was to find a dog day care to keep him happy, safe and busy while we were working. We toured a number of facilities but left disappointed, unable to find the right one. So, we decided to create a day care that Brecken and his dog pals would love. We had four main criteria for our day care. The first was to design a daily schedule that not only allowed dogs to exercise and play but to get the rest they needed. Secondly, we wanted to ensure our dogs had their own private spaces for sleeping and eating. Thirdly, we were concerned that some cage-free overnight facilities were prone to overcrowding, so we wanted more space with fewer dogs. Lastly, we wanted to offer sports and activities to keep dogs (and us!) mentally and physically fit. In the end, we accomplished all of those things and more. Pet owners come into Fitdog all of the time and say, "You must think I'm crazy because I love my dog so much." We respond, "Not hardly. We love our dog so much, we built a day care for him."
I have cared for and helped countless friends' and neighbors' dogs for as long as I can remember. I truly love dogs, and they seem to love me as well. I have lived here in N.P. for over 20 years and have many dog-owning friends. I am mature and responsible and look forward to meeting new dogs and owners who need a bit of care and fun. Thanks for your consideration!
I provide pet care and dog walking services to any dogs. I love dogs.
We are locally owned and operated so we're practically neighbors. (Heck, we've probably run into each other at the pet food store.) And our sitters offer a free in-home consultation so you and your pets can feel comfortable with them. To cement your trust, every Fetch! professional is bonded, insured, and background-checked. Plus our pet sitters come with glowing references. Our pet sitters are experienced, highly trained professionals who are pet parents themselves, so they intuitively and professionally understand what you and your pets need. And our sitters care for all kinds of pets, no matter their size or species. They're dog, cat, bird and even snake and spider people. Of course, your pet's satisfaction is guaranteed. After all, we've got your tail covered.
