JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.
Manuk isn't an ordinary trainer. He pays close attention to your needs and goals and tailors the work out plan accordingly. I loved the different work out plans each and every time which helped me like working out. One of the main reasons Manuks training works for me is because he motivates and inspires me every time. The key for me was to stay consistent.

From my first training I was hooked! Not only was Jamie entertaining, she gives the best workouts ever. What impresses me most is that she mixes up each session so it never gets boring. Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! I am a member of Spectrum and found myself doing the same boring workout, now I compliment what I continue to learn from Jamie and have more motivation to workout. She is also unbelievable intuitive. She can detect if you are doing something that may cause an injury, and quickly correct your form. You will not be disappointed, and I can guarantee that you will love the results!
Lee is a great trainer and a great person. You'll have fun during your training sessions with Lee because he knows what he's doing, and he's also very engaging. He really listens to your needs and goals, and makes your workouts an entirely personal and custom experience. Great results!
I have recently started training with Eddie, not the first trainer I have had, although definitely the best to date. Finding a personal trainer who makes you feel comfortable enough to reveal your biggest flaws, is most definitely a challenge. Eddie has patience, taking the time to explain and demonstrate in a comprehensive manner what YOU are doing and why. He has a serene demeanor while still being regimented and effective, paying attention to his clients needs and goals. Hands down, he masters the combination of being effective and supportive, not an easy feat but he masters it with grace.
Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Jennifer knows how to mix things up so that I don't get bored, strength training, circuits, cardio, weights, to name just a few. We never fall into a routine or gut stuck in a rut. She brings different work out equipment for us to use and challenges me at every session pushing me further than I ever imagined. She is absolutely the best trainer I have ever had and I am beyond grateful that she is leading the way for me on this health journey.

Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
I’m the five time winner of “The Toughest Cop Alive”. But After years and years of training competition I had suffered number of injuries the reduced my ability to perform or even to live a normal life without limping and taking excessive amounts of pain killers and anti inflammatory medications. At first i was very skeptical but he was able to diagnose and fix a lot of the movement issues I had many of which I didn’t know were present.
I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. I've trained on and off with mallory for years. Her workouts are always creative and challenging. We managed to work beyond my goals in the past and we are working towards that again. I always feel motivated and my questions are always answered in detail. I hardly have many questions because she is thorough and usually gives an example of exactly what not to do. As a 56 year old active guy who won't slow down I tend to have lot of aches and pains. I had just had quite a spill on my dirt bike and was sore. I found Terence and he responded immediately. In fact he scheduled an appointment with me that same day. I splurged for 90 minutes and was worth every second. The next day my soreness had dissipated and I was back to the gym. I am going to make this a regular thing to keep my body in check and keep moving forward. Terence knows the right pressure, the proper technique and is incredibly friendly, I look forward to many more massages from Terence.
I needed a personal trainer to come to my home and help me get back on a work-out routine. Going to school on the evenings and being a stay at home mom made it difficult to dedicate time to work-out. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!

It’s been a pleasure training with Elbert. I’ve been training with him for some time now and all I can say is that he is very reliable, motivating, knowledgeable, committed & punctual. He would always go out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable in every workout. I love that he was well organized all the time and always planned ahead of time programs that best worked for my fitness goals. What I enjoyed the most while training with Elbert was that he would always incorporate a variety of challenging yet fun training routines.
