Serviz connected me with Andy Reyes. Andy did a great and thorough job installing my new door and dog door. Very honest man!
Cleaning was done thoroughly throughout the house. Workers were very friendly and helpful.
Eduardo is ethical and diligent, and ready to go the extra mile. I originally hired Casa Bonita to strip my concrete garage floor. Several other contractors had simply said it was too much work, and those that bid on the job were either ridiculously over-priced or struck me as incompetent. Eduardo gave me a good price and showed up as promised. The job wound up presenting some unforseen challenges, but Eduardo took them in stride and just said, "we'll get it done." He sent his crew extra days, got it done, and still only charged me the original, agreed-upon price; I paid him more, as the problems were not his fault and had cost him more labor. It was only fair. In addition, I wound up having Casa Bonita paint the inside walls/ceiling of my garage, and install some bike racks. They were fast, efficient, and clean. I will absolutely hire them for whatever we need in future.
Tony arrived when he said he would, fixed what needed to be fixed. Parts and labor were included in the estimate.
Robert was on time, did a very good job and was in and out in no time. He carted off some furniture and junk construction materials and charged a fair price. I would call him again with no hesitations.
Did a really good job. Even made me a cord and did not charge me for the labor.
I called Steve about a dishwasher install and he walked me through the process of taking the existing dishwasher from the laundry room and putting it in the kitchen next to the kitchen sink. Not only was the job more labor intensive then originally thought, but also required several additional parts. Steve showed up on time and he already had the parts needed. the final cost was about $50.00 more than the original estimate of $150 but given the additional time and parts needed it was more than fair. Steve was great got the dishwasher in and working without any leaks in no time I highly recommend him
A++++ Contractor!!!! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely use again!
I gave Gordon a list of 8 items and he quoted me labor and material, all of which was very reasonable. Today Gordon started replacing four mailboxes and frame, installed faucet, fixed Malibu light timer, ordered a new bathroom heater and tomorrow he will rebuild my back lattice work. What you should know is he is prompt, courteous, fixes other problems he detects and knows his trade. If you need these type of services I believe he will do great work for you. Gordon is very skilled and a pleasure to do business with. A1 customer service.
We had a fairly good size hole in our wall and we were worried we were going to have to match the existing 'grains' in the paneling or possibly, find a panel that matched or came close to matching. I contacted Carlos and I was able to set up an appointment with him for an estimate. Carlos showed up, as scheduled, and he explained, in detail, what it would take to repair the hole. He was very confident that he would be able to repair the wall to the point of not even noticing it was there. Once he finished looking at the wall, he gave me a very good estimate as to what it would cost for the labor and repair. I had four other people come out after Carlos, to give me their estimates and each estimate was considerably higher than what Carlos had quoted. In fact, all four had said I would have to buy an entire section of paneling, that the hole could just not be fixed. I'm very happy to say i chose Carlos to come out to repair the wall and I am extremely pleased with the way it turned out! He was there, first thing in the AM, and he completed the job within 2-3 hours, while still taking the time to be very detailed about the repair. The hole has been fixed and I can guarantee, you would never know the wall had been damaged at all. Amazing work and I would highly recommend Carlos!!!
I hired Off the Wall to stain my redwood fence and they provided a competitive quote including labor and materials. They arrived promptly and did a thorough job prepping and staining the wood. The finished project looks great and I even hired them again to touch up some other paint work. Mike and his brother were flexible and really helpful fixing the work of some other professionals. For my next project I would hire them again.
Honest, strong, quick and a great attention to detail.

The handyman is a general laborer for grounds and buildings. Many people who do handyman jobs have been retitled as "maintenance worker" or "maintenance mechanic." Occupational maintenance workers frequently work on grounds, in a facility and in physical plant departments for organizations with one or more large buildings. Others may work for contractors in the construction and repair fields. Many others are self-employed small business contractors.
