- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for overnights includes everything, dog walks, dog parks, feedings, drops ins etc. For dog walking, that’s separate. Just dropping by to take your dog for a walk, the pricing depends on how long of a walk they need. Drop ins include feedings, cleaning up after the pet and spending time with the pet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer would be that I would ask questions, let them know how the pets are doing by sending them pictures and videos so they are comfortable leaving them with me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
To start off, I would pet sit and dog walk for neighbors, family and friends then started my own business doing what I love.
