Marv is the first organizer I have ever hired and i couldn't be any luckier in my choice. When I contacted her, I had only 2 days to completely empty out my apartment and move out. She quickly responded to my inquiries (she was very timely the entire time), asked me a few questions about the condition of my apartment. She informed me about her consultation service and I liked it. From that moment on she took charge of everything. First she came in to check the condition of the apartment (30mins visit). She was smart and quick. She noticed things that had to be done. She listened to everything I said very carefully, patiently. The next day she came in. Her attitude was chill and cool the entire time. She was working fast and knew what to do. At one point I stopped worrying and decided to leave everything up to her. She seemed to me like a very trustworthy person and I wasn't mistaken. I had to leave my apartment before she had gotten done with everything. I let her work in there by herself, paid her and left. When I came back everything was perfectly done just like I told her before i left. She saved my time, my money, organized people for me and came up with solutions. I called CleanersRx to help me with cleaning for a rental property that I, as a landlord, have. It turns out that my tenants, who had given me notice that they were leaving, decided to stay, so I didn't ultimately need to use the cleaning services - but on the basis of my phone conversation alone when setting up my appointment, I will clearly turn to CleanersRx when I do need cleaning services. First, when contacting the company, Steve called me back very promptly. Then we had a wide-ranging conversation about how he could help me. He quickly earned my trust and confidence - and on the basis of my phone dealings with him I have no doubt that the cleaning services would have been top notch, too. He was professional and caring in his initial approach, and I'm sure that that professionalism and caring carries through to the work that his firm does. On the basis of my limited contact with the company, I have already become a future customer!
Dina is great to deal with. She sent two of her organizers over to deal with my garage one day then just the lead organizer over to my old house to clean out there 2 days later. The first day, they sorted out the junk from the keepers in no time and even hauled all the donations away. They were very professional and efficient. They were always keeping track of the clock and very respectful of the time frame. I had to go to my old house and clean out the garage there as well, and she was able to get me one of the same organizers to lead my crew to get that garage under control as well. My only criticism would be that its a little expensive to pay 2 organizers the same rate in order to get the job done, especially since only one can lead, the other then ends up being mostly an expensive manual laborer. The first day I worked with her 2 organizers, it was definitely a productive day! They even managed to squeeze in making my office look presentable! However, for the 2nd garage I brought 3 of our workers to assist the lead organizer and felt it was a better use of money. For about the same cost, I had 3 people to do the heavy lifting and got things done even faster. If you have access to a handyman or a few guys willing to do manual labor, definitely get them to help with one of Dina's organizers if you have a big job like a garage cleanout. She clearly has high standards for who works with her. I plan to use her services again in the next week and possibly on an ongoing basis!
Veronica arrived early and with an incredible, eager and professional attitude. She was VERY organized and knew exactly how to tackle our out of control pantry. Veronica worked efficiently and throughly! She completely transformed our crazy pantry into an orderly paradise. I will for sure be hiring her again for either cleaning and/or organizing jobs.

Working with Monica is one of the most refreshing experiences I've had lately. She is truly a breath of fresh air and one of the most real people you can meet. Kristin did a great job with the deep clean of our house. She made the extra effort to help us out on a weekend so that we could get our house on the market the following week. I'm sure the potential buyers that walk through will appreciate the professional cleaning that makes the house look brand new again. She was very reasonable on price and we would recommend her.
Sstevenn is a very affable person yet professional. I felt like I knew him on his first visit. He understood my needs in rearranging the mess I had in my kitchen and I was left, not only with most of my needs met but with the feeling that at last, I had found someone who listened. Shara is a true professional! She assisted me with my recent move which involved downsizing from a larger home to a condo. I couldn't have managed without her. She helped me tremendously with the overwhelming task of deciding what to keep and what to part with. She offered fantastic suggestions for where to sell and donate items. Jessica has been with me for almost a year now as a personal assistant. And I do mean personal. She is trustworthy and organized and helps me get things done. I need assistance with errands and paperwork due to low vision. She is generous with her heart as well as timely and resourceful.
This review is long overdue! However, people should know just how wonderful Jessica is! She came into our home and organized our lives during a difficult time. Oh my goodness. First, I must say, Never have i ever seen such professionalism and her word ethic in my life. Chaurelle's company is the one to choose, because my friend told me about her cleaning service. And, I admit i was lil skeptical at first but, When i called to make an appointment. Chaurelle answered the phone with such professionialism, and I was very impressed at the point. I told her that i needed someone to come and clean my house, because sometimes with my career. It has me working all week just about. And i am an single mom so i have my daughter to tend to but my sister helps me as well. Chaurelle's cleaning service is the one to beat, because when she and her team, came over and put it down so to speak. You tell that they love their job cause it shows. I love how my house looks and smells. Chaurelle is so approachable and sweet. Felt like i knew her forever. But to anybody who is wondering should they go to her. The answer is YES! Mary was professional in the chores I had assigned. It was done in a timely matter at a fair price. I could trust her to complete the taks with out supervision. Due to my busy work schedule i can trust her with the keys to my apartment and trust that it would be done when i return. She does it all from cleaning the oven to the rugs. She gets the tough to reach places that accumulated dust over time and i feel the air quality in my apartment has improved i will ALWAYS call her when i need my place cleaned for any occasion.
