Christina is super nice, she is professional! I wanted to get toned and strengthen my core and she is so good at that.
The first day she spent a bit more time to understand my habit and food preference, and I learned so much about the food I eat from her. She has nutrition background, which makes her more unique than other trainers. I like the mentality of eating healthy than those extreme diet like lemon direct or avoid carbs 100%, and her mentality is like that too.
The workouts were always challenging and fun at the same time. Sometimes we do yoga at my house, sometimes we go to the part and do more cardios and TRX training. Each time we did something different and I could feel results almost immediately. I feel awake and refresh after work out every time, which helps me set a good start for the day.
