I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
Up until now, yoga has not been my favorite. I have tried it on many different occasions, in many different locations, and still have not come out loving it. Yoga with Yochai completely changed this for me. It was an incredible 1.5 hours that combined a great work out, stretch, and meditation. I have several old sports related injuries that usually flair up during/post yoga, and this did not happen. Yochai was very aware of everyones position. To me, this is so key in making sure you leave injury free. I can't wait for my next session.

Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.

Christina is super nice, she is professional! I wanted to get toned and strengthen my core and she is so good at that. The first day she spent a bit more time to understand my habit and food preference, and I learned so much about the food I eat from her. She has nutrition background, which makes her more unique than other trainers. I like the mentality of eating healthy than those extreme diet like lemon direct or avoid carbs 100%, and her mentality is like that too. The workouts were always challenging and fun at the same time. Sometimes we do yoga at my house, sometimes we go to the part and do more cardios and TRX training. Each time we did something different and I could feel results almost immediately. I feel awake and refresh after work out every time, which helps me set a good start for the day.
