This is the first time I hired from Thumbtack, I was a little skeptical at first . However, I did my research and after 3 estimates I went with Desmon Demo Construction I read his reviews and look at previous work from past clients and decided to hire him to paint my cabinets. He was respectful, tidy (often some workers can be sloppy) and finished in the time we agreed on. He even suggested to add new hardware and I am so glad I did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate within the constraints of your budget coming to an estimate that accommodates both the customer and myself. Assembly pricing comes from a standard price list based on the brand name and the product number. Thumbtack referral discounts are offered for first time customers with jobs amounting to $1,000 or more. I also offer discounts for senior citizens, veterans, civil servants and investors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with new customers consists of scheduling a walk through by appointment, taking appropriate measurements, going over the plan with the new client, coming up with an estimate including negotiations if necessary. Once everything is agreed upon a date will be set to begin the assignment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of on the job training that gave me the skills required to complete various given tasks.
