I met LaShawn in 2017 when she 1st starting cleaning my apt in a high rise building near DTLA. When I contacted her from another app called TAKL, she responded quickly and asked questions to help her better understand the type of cleaning job I needed her to do. I have a small dog, so I asked her to use pet friendly products. She was very attentive in her work and made sure to check with me to make I was satisfied with her work. I really enjoyed having her to come clean up my house and she was always a pleasure to have around and always very professional.
