I've tried all sorts of these delectables. The cookies are amazing. Made from scratch with custom designs. The cupcakes cakes, cannolis, and candied treats are just as incredible , made to order . I wouldn't go anywhere else for the empanadas . I recommend this company for any type of party you may be having big or small.
Chef Hollie is AMAZING! I am a "Monrovian" and work in the public. It is really hard to surprise my wife with any gift, from any of our few shops on Myrtle that we frequent. So I decided to give her a gift card for a mani/pedi to get rid of her... Then Chef Hollie came IN!! Wow! Not at all what I expected! I know from previously dining in a local cafe she cooked for, that she was great, but this is where AMAZING comes in to play! I have never ate a lamb so good in my entire life! Oh 1st she did the shopping, cooked, and served! I didn't schedule her for clean up because I thought I would just do it, but being as kind of person as Amazing cook, she stayed anyway... The Menu I picked was: 1st: Heirlom salad w/ the best cheese I ever ate! 2nd: Lamb Chops, Puff Pastry Wrapped mashed potatoes with carmelized shallot marmalaide and parsnips. ( so delicious and Rare, YES! Perfection!) 3rd: Dessert... Mmmmm.... My Favorite! I don't remember what it was called, but it was a crepe with rum flavord creme and something else? oh so good with Bananas carmelized and a syrup sauce! Anyways, I better stop! My mouth is watering! Thanks Hollie! I want you for my next gift!!! It was so easy! She did it all, had every reciept, added it up then added her fees (shopping(food seperate), cooking & cleanup) anyways the Total for a PRICELESS, Perfect, and "you are so thoughtful" filled night!!!! $350.00 I didn't do a thing, shop for anything, clean anything, drive anywhere, nothing! Chris did heavy appetizers for a 70th birthday party I was hosting in my home. He had a difficult group to please since we had total vegetarians and super meat lovers at the party. Working with Chris Riles was an absolute pleasure. He was creative in setting up the menu, arrived on time, and left my kitchen sparkling clean when he left the house. Chris & his crew worked quickly & efficiently to create a glorious spread. His food was delicious and the presentations were beautiful. Everyone RAVED about his work. I will use Chris again in the future. Everything was top notch. He exceeded my expectations.

I love to cook and cater to all different events such as, birthdays, weddings, special events, graduations, cocktail parties, pool parties and many more. My goal is to not only deliver you with an ultra-flavorful taste from the food but also to give you a memorable experience that you may look back throughout the years. There is no such thing as too big of an event nor there is too small of one either. I do also have professional helpers if needed to assist me. The way it works is I will draft a menu up for you based on the dishes or theme you may want. Then on the event day, I will come on over to the location either with the food prepped and ready to go or start prepping there to give you more of the authentic surrounding whatever you may choose. Then, I will plate the dishes and serve or if buffet style set up individual dishes to be eaten at will. Then, after that I will clean the location and leave it cleaner than when I arrived to make sure on your end your job is to only enjoy your time with your guests and the experience.
