Garbage Disposal Installation

I contacted Andy due to a broken garbage disposal. He removed the old one and installed the new one and now I have a fully operational garbage disposal again. Very friendly service. I would recommend Andy to anyone needing reliable and professional service. Thanks Andy

Andy's worker was on time and asked what needed to be done. He went right to work and completed the job in just over an hour. I would recommend Handy Andy!

Toilet Installation or Replacement

Wow!!! Andy responded immediately to my request. He was there the very next morning. He observed the issue, ran to the store to get the correct part, and fixed the issue quickly. Will be using him again for sure. Thank you!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't typically charge per hour, I charge per task. This means, I won't linger around to rack up a heavy tab. I've honed my skills and work very efficiently.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I diagnose the issue. Next, I provide a solution along with an estimate in both time and cost. If the customer and I agree on terms, I either do the work then and there (40$ service call applicable if I gather material) or we schedule a time for the repair (usually within the next 48 hours). Invoices are emailed as soon as the work is completed and payments are due upon completion.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work as a teen to help an uncle during summer vacations. What intrigued me was the fact that it wasn't redundant, every day there was a new challenge to tackle. Over the years I learned a wide variety of skills and recognized that I had a knack for problem solving. So I decided to start my business and haven't looked back since.
