Literally the BEST workouts I have ever had. Jose took me through an evolution, and a transformation of my body AND mind. It was truly amazing. Never in my life had I done a deadlift.. eventually after a few weeks of training, I got to my PR of 145LB. We set the bar up, and each time I walked up to that bar I literally felt a block, and feeling that I couldn't do it. It took about 10 minutes, and walking back and forth, back and forth, back and forth to the bar... the feeling of literally being at the edge of a cliff and not wanting to take that jump... Jose knew my limits, and he also knew what I was capable of. Needless to say, I lifted that weight.. Not once... but three times. And I literally felt freed in my mind, and capable of anything. Such a powerful feeling, and definitely one of my proudest moments. Thank you for teaching and guiding me along the way Jose! I recommend his training to anyone that's tired of mediocrity, is ready to GROW, and stay committed to their own evolution.
