- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because every company different, and I prefer to tailor my pricing to each individual need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirmation of mutual interest, I like to meet in person with my customers to discuss their needs and wants, and to lay out exactly where I can provide service for their company. I then like to agree on what is billable and establish a budget for those billable services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree form San Diego State in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. At one point I was a Quickbooks certified user.
