They were very responsive and showed up promptly on time. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He identified the issue and eliminating possible electrical issues with the breakers. I would definitely use them again.

I ran into a problem with our freezer and tried to defrost it myself and got a little too crazy with trying to break off ice build up and broke a copper Freon line to the evaporator and all Freon leaked out! I checked around and found this company to be the best reviewed. All was done and fixed. Tech was thorough and patient with the work. He did need to reschedule to come back, which was not a problem at all for us. I could’ve avoided this whole situation myself by having cleaned the lower condenser coils but had only inspected for dust buildup and not had cleaned this time around as in years past. You can rely on these people to fix your problem!
