Desiree has been outstanding to work with. She is dedicated, skilled and experienced in her craft of writing, editing and content creating. As a graphic designer and a freelancer myself, I have worked with all different types of writers. I always find myself saying, I wish I had Desiree around. The best thing about working with her has been has been the multitude of ideas she has—she always provided me with GREAT content to work with and pretty much was an all around go-getter. I think some of our best work came from social media and e-mail marketing. Whenever I had a layout that just didn’t work out—she was able to edit her content to make it work. According to the Grant Professionals Association, grant writers should be paid hourly or by flat fee.
