- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I will try to gather pertinent details concerning the work the customer would like done. If I can, I will try to provide a rough estimate over the phone or email. If additional information is required, I would request to conduct an on-site walkthrough so that a more accurate estimate may be provided. Next we will discuss scheduling, timelines and payment schedules (if applicable). We will usually confirm with customer the day prior to a scheduled job that we are still continuing with the current schedule. Upon arrival on the scheduled day we will go over once more the work requested with the customer onsite to ensure we are in alignment and the objectives are clear and understood well. Once the job is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the completed work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal Electrician Trade schooling and am currently in the process of obtaining my California C10 license.
