Rob did a great job. Had to have some R & R done on a section of hardwood floor due to water damage which resulted in having to sand and re stain the whole down stairs floor to make everything blend in after the replacement boards were installed. Rob is a pro and he knows hard wood floors and is a perfectionist. He even helped guide us in right direction of choosing a good stain color to fit the house. It looks fantastic now. Rob is a hard worker, punctual and has a great personality and is easy to work with. Would highly recommend his services. Will use him again when I need to tackle in redoing my upstairs flooring! Can't say enough about Rob and Floor Tech. Every step in the booking process, he was responsive, honest, real. He said my floors were in pretty good shape and just needed the minimum approach. He has extremely high and detailed standards. Makes you glad he's not your English teacher or something but just what you want in a floor guy. Very easy to work with, on time, efficient, does what he says he's going to do. And then the results are impeccable...just beautiful. I'm thinking how much different would the minimal process look? Well the difference is amazing. Then a nice added feature...it's been 1 day and there is absolutely no shellac odor at all. He brags that he uses the finest, highest quality floor finish and it certainly makes a difference. Only call Rob if you want the best...a 5 star company.

Every job is unique and has its own challanges. It is my policy to meet with the customer or contractor to personally inspect in order to offer a proper written proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact and scheduling an appointment to see and personally go over with the client what will be the expected outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in the industry in 1984, and over the years attended many workshops and conferences that have kept me educated in the changes of the industry and gained experience that came from personally working the jobs.
