Travis cleaned, prepared and treated our Southwest style log patio cover and wood trim over the windows and doors at our Santa Fee style home in San Diego.
Treatment included insect pest protection and a penetrating oil finish on all wood surfaces. The complete job took approximately 10 days, not including the time for wood drying between treatments.
Travis was very professional in his advice to us regarding this work. He has had very good experience in wood/log refinishing and greatly helped us in deciding what work was needed.
All work was completed by skilled workers under Travis's supervision with outstanding results. The wood looks great and is well protected.
Travis is very prompt in responding to our calls and questions. The crew came on time and was careful in protecting non treated surfaces from damage. They cleaned up and stored equipment each day at our home. We highly recommend using Irwin Painting.

Three years ago I was given Travis's name to come give me a bid on painting one of my rental homes, in Carlsbad. At first I just figured he was just another contractor and I would see if he lived up to what he promised. I have worked with some really good contractors and some really bad ones! I immediately liked Travis, he was very honest and up front about his bid and was very easy to work with. This first job that was only suppose to take a month to do ended up to be a complete remodel on the home. Every step of the way Travis and I discussed the changes and the cost for the change orders. He was always very patient with me and fair on the price. The great thing about Travis is he has a wealth of knowledge in many areas, not just painting and he was able to complete several different repairs on this one job. This saved me time and money not having to bring another vendor in to sub the work. Travis has proven his work ethic and ability to complete a job on time. Since the first job was so successful he has now worked for me for the last 3 years and completed some very large complete renovation projects for me. I will continue to work with Travis and it is great that he will take on small or large jobs. His next project is painting the interior of my Urgent Care Center. I have referred Travis to many friends and now my property management office is using his services. Travis has great customer service and takes pride in his work. It shows in each job he has completed for me. Thank You Travis

Travis and team with subs he brought in and supervised rehabed my ocean front condo in Laguna Beach. It had been trashed by a minor collapse. The repair and finish returned the unit to better than new. I strongly recommend Travis and his team. Mark Lemley
