I have been listed in the Bay Area Super Lawyers publication and have been rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Fees are as regulated by the bankruptcy court for standard services. I require a retainer of $750 plus court filing fee of $299 and $50 for credit report for chapter 7, $2,000 plus court filing fee of $275 and $50 for credit for chapter 13, and $20,000 plus court filing fee of $1,039 and %40 for credit report for chapter 11.
