Our prices are not based on the competition for winning the customer. Our prices are aimed at offering a good service that contains a process that guarantees a good and safe final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ESTIMATE Contact our team to schedule an onsite estimate for your project with a qualified specialist. DESIGN, PLANS & PERMITS APPROVAL Provide your own or create a layout with our team to make the most out of your new space. MD Companies will handle all of the plan and permitting approvals to make sure you’re up to code. ASBESTOS, LEAD TESTING & START PROJECT We examine the area to ensure no asbestos or lead is present, safely removing any that we find. After all of the details and logistics have been mapped out, we begin building your new space. CHOOSE FINISHING MATERIALS Once the base construction is completed, we’ll add the finishing touches of your choosing. INSPECTION Throughout the project we schedule inspections in order to successfully meet city requirement. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began construction in 2004 as an assistant to a general contractor. He carried out works such as bathrooms, kitchens, additions, etc. the work was every day was often worked weekends. with him I learned two important, simple but important things, that made him have a lot of work. the organization prior to a job and the daily control of the workers, resulted in a quality product. after acquiring the experience I decided in 2006 to create my handyman company, 7 years was very good. works for my company MD COMPANIES and for the contractor. I began to take charge of contractor projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc. With everything I learned I decided to get a license for my company MD COMPANIES Actually we have : License B = general contractor License C33 = painting and decorating
