Food was delicious, professional, friendly staff and the service was more than expected. Numerous accolades from our employees that can be summed-up with a single quote, "Best catered lunch we have EVER had!"
Having Sat cook for my family of five has been nothing short of life-changing. He spends the afternoon in my kitchen preparing healthy dinners, breakfasts and snacks according to my family's complicated dietary needs and varied taste preferences. The food is truly gourmet, and I'm spending the time playing with my three young kids rather than meal planning and cooking. His knowledge of nutrition and his ability to cook "whole" while navigating several food allergies has surprised my expectations; and the kids cheer when "Sat is cooking!"
Stephanie was perfect for catering our dinner - thank you so much!
Really an excellent, caring, expert catering experience. The pancake breakfast was a big hit. We'll use them again for something special!
Debbie was so great to work with. From our first interaction she was professional and on top of things -- asking all of the relevant questions and even helping me think of things I failed to think of for my event. On the day of the event, she arrived right on schedule, greeting me with a warm smile. She set up the most wonderful breakfast and lunch. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
I hosted a 50th birthday dinner at our home last night form my wife and 12 of her close girl friends. Senorita Gourmet Andrea Gray catered a Mexican themed dinner for us and did an outstanding job. The ladies absolutely loved it and my wife could not have been more pleased with her birthday dinner. Thank you Andrea. We interviewed three other private chefs for our dinner before deciding to go with Andrea. She was the most professional, the most responsive, and by far the most creative. Of course we wanted great food (Andrea can deliver that), but we were also looking for something unique and creative, without being stiff and formal. Enter Andrea, with her Mexican themed dinner complete with her own plates, glasses and table decorations. Fun, Festive, and Uniquely Fresh! As for the food and drink. Key highlights were the Raspberry Mojitos, Avocado Soup, Quiche de Calebazita, and Mexican Corn Cake. I highly recommend the Una Senorita Gourmet.
Deborah catered breakfast for 170 people in our office. She talked through the event with me and helped to determine the best option for food (a standing event so needed something quick and easy for guests to grab and eat with their hands). She arrived on time and had everything set for our guests, and we had plenty of food for everyone. We'd definitely recommend her!
Chef Chet prepared a beautiful buffet dinner for a graduation garden party. His menu was creative, fresh and delicious! Presentation and service were excellent. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with hiring Kitchenina as our caterers for an event with 40 people. The communication was always prompt, polite and friendly. They did a great job on the day of the event to ensure that the food was delivered on time (despite the traffic/weather conditions) and made my job as the event organizer much easier. I would definitely work with Kitchenina again in the future, and regret that I did not take photos of the food! (Thanks for the brownies as well!)
Great food, beautifully presented. Our team was very pleased with the breakfast and lunch.
Rose was amazing! She promptly respnded to all my emails and communicated flawlessly. She provided all the staff needed for our wedding and customized our menu for our dietary restrictions. We met with many caterers and she was the best value and most friendly. All of the staff working with her were very friendly and professional. The food was amazing. Evertthing was cooked to perfection, looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I don't think it could have gone any better and I highly reccomend her for any occassion! Thanks again Rose!!!!!
Hi There! I book catering for our offices weekly; often multiple times per week, this was simply one that I had no direct control over-a special "kid gloves" request from my new manager (yikes!) An offsite, early Monday morning, breakfast meeting in San Francisco, on the 21st floor, at a company with whom I'm not familiar AND none of my direct connections would be in attendance.(Whaaaat???) I went to work and used Thumbtack for the very first time. I received several bids in the first hour, the one that Matt was super responsive to my initial inquiry and was helpful all week long. By Friday I was set! Because I am who I am, I reached out on Sunday night and Matt with Kitchen 350 responded to both email and text promptly; put my worries to rest (well for a few hours anyway). I reached out in the morning things were going to plan and from what I gather, kudos were flying around the building! Matt's team provided all we needed and tossed in some coffee to boot! I was elated to report this to my manager! Kitchen 350 made our team look good, I will definitely use them again!
Angela provided our company of 45 employees with a DELICIOUS and healthy breakfast including a made to order omlettes and crepes, along with an assortment of muffins. She and her assistant were very personable and efficient making the experience a total delight! Our gluten-free employees could eat EVERYTHING and there was no compromise in the taste. I highly recommend Green Chow Down!
Excellent experience; Annicette put together an appropriate menu quickly and with no fuss, was easy to communicate with, and executed efficiently. We were late getting back to the house but she let herself in and got started on the prep work and was able to adjust the timing of the meal. All the food was delicious and Annicette was a delight to be with. Highly recommended.
We hired Farm to Table (Zachary Albright) to come to our house and prepare a meal for a birthday dinner for 14 people. The food was ABSOLUTELY amazing I wouldn't change a thing. The menu was extensive and the price was reasonable. I would suggest that he bring a helper as it was a little overwhelming for one person to prepare. I would highly recommend Farm to Table.
We had a fantastic evening of cooking, eating and conversation with Chef Traci as well as a cozy night of sleep and a delicious assortment of goodies for breakfast! How could you go wrong? My parents bought an experience with Chef Traci for me for Christmas. My best friend and I (who both love to cook) went for the overnight experience. It was easy to book our evening and we received info about what we would be cooking and what we might want to bring along. Traci was ready for us right on time and welcomed us into her home which is basically a Bed and Breakfast through AirBnB with all delicious, wholesome treats made in house. There was a welcome brownie, which I may have eaten before we started cooking...possibly. After we settled in, Traci got us started cooking a fantastic chicken Tagine, plus two other courses. She’s very relaxed and down to earth, providing direction without micromanaging. She did give me some good tips to improve my chopping! Then we abandoned our aprons and enjoyed being served the fruits of our labors. The tagine was To. Die. For. Good. We then tucked into one of the cozy, clean, well-appointed AirBnB rooms and slept soundly. The breakfast spread was serve-yourself and there were so many options! I had one of each, naturally. As you can tell, we had a great experience. I would say everything about the experience was delicious, hearty, cozy, without an ounce of pretense. Those looking for a shiny Sur La Table class and a night at the Four Seasons should look elsewhere. However, those who want to have a classic cooking experience and a cozy, like-home-but-better getaway, you’re in the right place. It’s almost like cooking with your aunt, if your aunt was a professional chef, served you all three courses and did all the cleaning ;) oh and I went home with almost a week of leftovers! Thanks Chef Traci!
The team was amazing at coming on board last minute but also making sure my vision for my day was executed. I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate each and everyone that was involved.
Chef Eileen was the greatest! This was a first time experience for us, hiring a personal chef for a small group of 8. It was a bachelorette party and the best touch to start an otherwise amazing weekend. Chef Eileen was professional, extremely sweet and most of all our 4 course dinner was delicious! The entire group was happy!! We will certainly do business again in the future and I believe she even gained new clients from our experience. Thank you Chef Eileen!!! All the best, Jenett
We had a very large action sports event come to San Francisco and I was in charge of hiring and scheduling a caterer. After reaching out to 5-6 different companies, I decided Gimanelli's Catering would be the perfect fit. They were extremely easy to work with and to get ahold of, she was responsive when I requested changes to the menus, and was able to work with my budget. On one day I think we scheduled up to seven meal services in different locations. When the actual event happened we used Gimanelli's for 5 days of back-to-back service. You can't go wrong with them from your large corporate event to a small family get-to-gether - I would definitely use them again in the future.
I hired Basic Catering for a dinner party. We had salmon and chicken breasts with asparagus and a variety of salads. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. Will definitely order from them again.
Honestly some of the best vegan food I've ever had. It really surprised me that I felt satiated after not eating meat, something I'm not used to. Plus the combination of flavors and textures was far beyond anything I've had in plant-based cooking. Really happy we hired Nikolitsa to cook for our dinner party, you could tell there is real passion and joy in what she does. We highly recommend her!
