As a California native, I have lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay area my entire life. To ensure we never compromise on our quality of work, we only use reputable, licensed and insured sub contractors for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roofing, stucco and water proofing and I personally select my workers to ensure each one maintains a high level of quality and craftsmanship on the job sight. These guys are pros. They installed a shower for us. They worked efficiently and kept things as tidy as possible, which I really appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding, too, but it was no fluke. The foreman on site was very clear on what needed to happen. Stuart, the owner/ contractor himself was available to answer questions and make sure that things were moving as planned. The crew was hardworking and really knew their way around unforeseen issues. The result was outstanding. The whole process of working with contractors in the past was stressful for me. Schedules were unpredictable; I was often left wondering if the job will ever get done, but Adonis really made sure that things were right and they really delivered. I always need it to cost less, but their price was fair, too. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Remodel of bath rooms in a 1890's Victorian. Excellent custom work. Very study, robust and high end finish. More square and true than the original house. The place I'd prefer to stand in an earthquake. Great experience.

I had Stuart work on a bathroom addition and he and his team did a wonderful job! Not only did he turn a coat closet into a full bath, but he was always on top of the next steps, on time and on budget. Stuart has done various repairs for us including replacing structural supports for a large, old, brick chimney. He also completely re-wired our electrical system, a major upgrade and challenging because our home is old and unusual. I have also observed first hand work he has done on a friend's house, many improvements such as a trellis over a carport. He is competent and skillful. He is creative and finds aesthetically pleasing solutions to problems. He is definitely someone I would hire again and would welcome doing business with. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All project estimates are based on the degree of difficult and liability required in order to execute the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially meet with the potential client to ensure we will be able to work well together and to get a full scope of what the project entails. Once this has occurred and we decide to move forward, our estimator will request and obtain a copy of the blueprints for the project and he will provide an estimate covering the scope of the work. If, after our first meeting, I feel we won't be able to work well together during the duration of the project, I will recommend an alternative contractor who I feel would best suit you and your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of on-the-job training and apprenticing under three different Master Builders.
