Introduction: Hi! I am Kelly Yang and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Lagree Certified Instructor and I have many years of experience in both group and private fitness training. I am a huge believer in proper form to avoid injuries and to work your body in the most effective and efficient way possible! Fitness is key to a healthy life. I believe in efficient workouts that help you achieve your goals while being fun and challenging. My personal training classes are tailored for your fitness level - regardless of your level or injuries! I love to push my clients to reach their personal limits so that they can see the biggest changes in the shortest amount of time. I am a firm believer that changes in your body are the most motivating way to continue your fitness journey. I have a very personalized approach in training and in life! I love to get to know my clients so that I can find the best ways to motivate them! My classes are a combination of strength training and high intensity pilates that will constantly keep your body guessing, moving, and limit the amount of rest during a 1 hour workout! Personal training prices: 1x/week $85 each session 2x/week $80 each session 3x+/week $75 each session If you have any pre-existing injuries, I will help you modify exercises so that you can successfully complete each and every workout! Due to Covid-19, training will be virtual via Zoom or outdoors. I will work with whatever equipment you may have in your home and provide options for household items that we can use! If you have a Lagree Megaformer or a Micro, I can also train you on them as well!

Kelly is the absolute best in every way!! She is knowledgeable, professional, tough but kind, funny, and extremely gifted at training others. I always come away from her workouts feeling stronger, happier, and accomplished. I continue to be impressed at how good she is at assessing your body and making adjustments so you get the most out of your workout. She makes great tweaks that ensure you don’t hurt yourself and is incredibly in tune with the people she trains. I was lucky enough to start working out with Kelly at my Lagree Pilates studio, and she very quickly became a fan favorite among studio members. Her classes are always full and she is notorious for making very challenging workouts that are always different and well-rounded. She is excellent at catering to a wide variety of fitness levels, and people of all ages and backgrounds flock to her sessions! I highly, highly recommend working out with Kelly. It is addicting!

Kelly is truly the best fitness instructor I have ever worked with! I'm so grateful I found her! I have taken Lagree classes with her in person and pilates/strength training full body workout classes with her over Zoom and they are both excellent!! (her classes always book up SO FAST). Kelly is so intuitive and observant and can always tell when my body can handle more or needs a modification (even over Zoom!) I really appreciate that Kelly educates while she's teaching and cares about preventing injury! I have also learned so much from her about how to exercise smarter and get stronger/make progress towards my goals using different strategies! Lastly, I love how she is always available to answer questions and take requests. She also knows each and everyone one of her students modification needs and I always feel like I am getting a customized workout! Thank you Kelly!!

I’ve been training for Kelly since the beginning of shelter-in-place and am seeing noticeable changes in the way my body looks. Her workouts focus on time under tension and even without heavy weights, my muscles are getting stronger and stronger. She’s knowledgeable in her method, committed to her clients and shows up day after day to make sure I’m getting the support I need to continue with my workouts and nutrition. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to get stronger and leaner.

Kelly is an excellent instructor. She’s aware of body mechanics and is vigilant when it comes to body alignment. She’s funny and her workouts are effective. I workout 6 days a week at the gym, but somehow her classes still kick my butt.

Kelly was truly amazing! So kind and the pressure to perform was nonexistent. She was patient with my group of friends (either new to Pilates or very rusty (many years not exercising). She was responsive, easy to connect with, encouraging and patient. She brought her magic to a park as requested. Makes me want to do Pilates more and more! My friends loved it/Kelly! All sore but a good sore! She’s well equipped and practices safe distancing! Love Her!
