Introduction: Hi! I am Kelly Yang and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Lagree Certified Instructor and I have many years of experience in both group and private fitness training. I am a huge believer in proper form to avoid injuries and to work your body in the most effective and efficient way possible!

My personal training classes are tailored for your fitness level - regardless of your level or injuries! I love to push my clients to reach their personal limits so that they can see the biggest changes in the shortest amount of time. I am a firm believer that changes in your body are the most motivating way to continue your fitness journey. I have a very personalized approach in training and in life! I love to get to know my clients so that I can find the best ways to motivate them!
My classes are a combination of strength training and high intensity pilates that will constantly keep your body guessing, moving, and limit the amount of rest during a 1 hour workout!
Personal training prices:
1x/week $85 each session
2x/week $80 each session
3x+/week $75 each session
If you have any pre-existing injuries, I will help you modify exercises so that you can successfully complete each and every workout!
Due to Covid-19, training will be virtual via Zoom or outdoors. I will work with whatever equipment you may have in your home and provide options for household items that we can use! If you have a Lagree Megaformer or a Micro, I can also train you on them as well!
