Kandis is amazing! I have lumbar problem so I need special instruction when practice yoga. I was surprised that Kandis knew a lot about that. She helped me relax my spine and muscles, and I think my lumbar problem is getting better.
Melissa is hands down the best yoga instructor that I’ve had. I have some leg issues, she made sure to let me know how to modify the poses so that I could get the best stretch possible. She is constantly going around the room Helping people and making sure no one injures themselves. She has a very calming and fun personality that allows your to fully relax and lose yourself in the moment . If you are looking for a great instructor, you have found her!
Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
Jared is great! He is fun to work with. I have lost 8 pounds, many inches and feel wonderful. He has a holistic approach and this is what I was looking for. He has a strong background in yoga and I enjoy the mix of strength training, yoga and massages. I highly recommend Jared!!

I have taken yoga from Sierra for over four years. Her attention to the details of practice and finer points of yoga lifestyle kept me coming back week after week. She is attuned to the seasons and changes they bring as it affects the yoga practitioner. As a new student, she will carefully guide you, but she will also deepen your own long practice.
I have tried yoga several times in my life, and it never stuck. I always thought I was not flexible enough or strong enough. But after hearing from my friend about their experience working with Holly, I decided to give it one more try, and I am so happy I did. It has truly changed my life and now I can move better and breathe better. I look forward to my yoga session every week even if I am tired and especially if I am stressed out. When I was busy with a work project Holly was very accomodating with my schedule. The one on one session works much better for me than the group classes I tried before.

I had a private yoga session with Claire and as someone new to yoga, I felt that Claire's instruction was clear and helpful. I've gone through a few yoga techniques on my own following the instruction of youtube videos, but I found Claire's session to help take me to the next level. She corrected my form and technique to help me get the most out of my yoga and I could really feel the difference in what I was doing before versus what I learned from the private session. Claire helped me loosen up my hips and introduced a few new poses that I've added to my routine and helped fine tune the ones I was already familiar with. Overall, I enjoyed my session with Ferox Yoga and would definitely try more classes in the future.

Margaret is my favorite of the six instructors who come to my home and train me in Yoga and Fitness. She teaches a very balanced class which is customized to my needs my balance of fitness and strength. Margaret very experienced to skilled in aroma and other areas. I wish I could give six stars
Apoorva has provided private yoga sessions to my group of 50-something girlfriends and she is great. She has a wonderfully supportive and calming teaching style that puts us at ease. Her knowledge of various yoga practices can accommodate anyone's level, and she's able to provide modifications for those with injuries. Love her and highly recommend her!
Alia helped me so much! I was only lucky enough to work with her for a few weeks but she helped me so much. I lost 10lbs in that short time and am now obsessed with yoga! My mom worked with her as well and loved her too. I would recommend her to anyone!

Regina was amazing to work with! She immediately recognized things about my body that I've been struggling to identify for years. She gave me clear and specific tools that I can apply as I develop my own practice and attend other group classes. Elika is a wonderful vinyasa flow teacher. The flow is steady paced to all levels and makes you sweat while calming the mind and spirit. The has a sweet disposition and is thoughtful about supporting students with injury with modifications. Take her class...you won't be sorry!
Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
I began yoga to improve the quality of my life and manage various aches and pain in my aging body. I've gained so much more than that; mind, body, and spirit. Thank you Emily!
