Her prices are a bit high, but she worked with me on a reduced price based on my budget. So that was great! I worked with Ashley for a few guided meditation sessions. She really took the time for me to understand the practices and create ways to incorporate them into my day, which is what I needed!! Totally recommend her for stress relief and relaxation 😌Jun 15, 2019
Her yoga classes always leave me feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of my day! She adds a personal touch if oils and adjustments during savasana which are like the icing on the end of the class.Jun 14, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is flexibility with my pricing and individual conversations can be had if pricing is not within your budget. I believe in accessibility of wellness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a needs conversation with new clients and customers. I want to know what your needs are, what you are looking to integrate into your life, and where you are looking to make change. I believe that this work is a connected type of work. I offer suggestions, guidance, and practices. We collaborate on what works and adjust where needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over the years, I have gathered knowledge through formal education, personal experience, workshops, webinars and so much more. I have a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, which is the science of behavior change. I have a Ph.D. in International Psychology, which focuses on creating sustainable connections and change. I am a 200hr RYT and working on continuing education for my 500hr credential. I filter my work through the lens of behavior change and yogic principles to create sustainable change for the individuals I work with.
