Working with Chelsi was one of the best decisions I have made! I hired her as my day-of wedding coordinator but she was so much more! She helped me throughout the entire wedding planning process and made it less stressful. Whenever I had a question, Chelsi would do her best to answer. She couldn’t make it as my day-of coordinator as it was also her best friends wedding so she assigned Brandon to help the day of my wedding and he was great! The entire Weddings with Chelsi team is amazing and I’m forever grateful for their support and commitment in bringing my vision to life. Thank you Chelsi, Brandon, Lena, and Julia!!

Wedding planning was the single most stressful thing that my wife and I ever had to do. When our first son was born it was easier. When we reached out to weddings with Chelsi we were not really sure what a coordinator did but Chelsi explained it very plainly and clearly. We met with a couple of other coordinators and everyone seemed great but Chelsi was the only one that didn’t put pressure on us to book her. She was still very responsive and helpful during the process and even more relieving and reassuring because she never gave us the impression that she was just trying to close a deal. We are really thankful that we picked Chelsi because it felt like there was just an unspoken understanding between the three of us. Thanks Chelsi, and her partner Frank.

To all the future brides and grooms.. if you are still wondering if a wedding coordinator is necessary? think no further ! I definitely recommend you to hire one. No matter how small your wedding is a coordinator is a NECESSARY! I also questioned myself if we needed a coordinator because we really want to save money and keep our wedding within our budget. We do have friends that offered to help on the day of our wedding but in my mind thinking they already spend their precious time to attend our wedding why I have to make them work for my wedding? I am so glad that we decided to have a day of coordinator and we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Chelsi and her team. I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been like if me, my now husband, family, and wedding party were also responsible for all the moving parts and some of the set up …we was able to enjoy the day without thinking and having to make a last minutes decision. Can you imagine while doing first look or taking photos after the ceremony and someone come up to you and ask where to go? What’s next on the wedding timeline? Wedding is a big event of a lifetime. You and your husband should be sit back, relax and enjoy every moment of it. My husband and I enjoyed our wedding so much to the point that we don’t want it to end! From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you again Chelsi and your team!

Chelsi and her partner Frank were absolutely the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. We had our wedding in my parents backyard with about 80 people and Chelsi was able to coordinate about a dozen vendors to keep our perfect day going without a hitch. I provided Chelsi with a list of all my vendors a month prior and she was able to coordinate arrival times and other necessary information for the day of the wedding. She probably spent over 6 hours with me over the phone just planning the day of timeline. Her knowledgeable expertise of weddings created a seamless timeline, however, once our caterer was running late, she was able to adjust and move our timeline on the spot, which ended up working out just fine and in my opinion worked out better than the normal schedule She took away all of the stress that I had the day of the wedding, but most importantly she took the stress off my parents, as they were worried because it was taking place at their house. She refused to let them take care of any issues, whether it was handing out wristbands for the bar or splitting our floral arch apart to and our "The Clarks" sign. She also made sure that our table setting were all set up exactly as I had planned. I cannot imagine what the day would have been like without her. I think that my favorite thing about her was that she really listened to everything I needed for our wedding. Whether it was fluffing my dress right before walking down the aisle, or just lending an ear to a stressed out soon to be bride, she truly cares about her clients and is passionate to make the newlyweds have truly the best day of their lives.

Wow, wow, WOW! Weddings with Chelsi was fantastic! My wedding was perfect thanks to this wonderful team. Everything I needed was done immediately. Before getting married everybody would tell me that weddings do not come out perfect and to let little things slide. However, thanks to Brandon and Nikki EVERYTHING turned out exactly as planned. How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was the year 2010, and my aunt and uncle had just gotten married. They had been dating for a good 7+ years at this point and I was absolutely over the moon that they were finally getting married (they were my favourite aunt and uncle from a large family of 8 aunts and uncles). Unfortunately for me, they had gotten married at a time that I was not able to attend due to conflicts with school. In addition to that, they had also decided on a very small, very intimate wedding ceremony out of town. It was a little while later when I found that they had planned to hold their reception for more family and friends and this time I was able to attend. It was the magic of their love for each other and their love for their family and friends to have a second ceremony and reception that had inspired me to become a wedding planner and coordinator. While most people think that weddings are only for the couple, it really is for the couple AND the guests in attendance. Nothing is more touching that being in the presence of everyone you love on the first step to a new life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I had taken on a wedding planning project in Louisiana. The groom is a friend of mine from when we were in high school, but he was someone that I had met while playing MapleStory. He had called me a year before the wedding asking for my help, and even though I was based out of SoCal, I still happily took on the challenge! The groom had been incredibly busy during the entire wedding process, as was his lovely bride who I had spent many weeks chatting with over the course of the year. Their wedding happened in July of 2023 and it was the most beautiful Bridgerton-style wedding yet!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone that you feel like you would be able to get along with! A professional in the wedding industry is going to be around for some of the most stressful times in your life and you need someone who can be understanding and patient and compatible with you and your partner. You can typically tell whether or not you would be able to get along with the professional based off of any initial interactions over the phone, by text message or by email.
