They responded very quickly at 8pm on a Friday, and came the next day to service our water heater. Benjamin showed up exactly when he said he would, and effectively solved our issue with the hot water heater pretty quickly. He also walked us through some concerns about the current system, and an estimate to make those changes up to code and replace the 21-year old water heater. When the time comes, I’ll be calling them back to install!
