Latest Review: He's smart, kind, skilled, and his prices are reasonable. Chris may have saved me from serious injury, or at least major discomfort (I had TMJ from the stress I had during my exams in grad school). Chris seems really focused on healing and not into the super-bourgeois, frilly kind of massage: he's practical and amazing. His style was perfect for me. I've received all kinds of massage therapy and I can't endorse Chris more!

Latest Review: George is by far one of the most professional massage therapists that I have had the pleasure in letting work on me. He was very kind, relaxed and intuitive when engaging my painfully notted back. I would consider him not only a great massage therapist but also a healer. After just one session of letting him work on my back I was able to rest easy and carry on with my day to day activities without being in anymore pain. Absolutley 5 Star rating for George Davidson!

Latest Review: Gio is a wonderful massage therapist! He has a wealth of knowledge and yet is always trying to learn more. Gio has an intuitive touch and seems to always know just what my body needs. I always feel like he is working WITH me rather than on me. He is very professional, easy to communicate with and very supportive of any injuries I have. He worked on me shortly after I broke my collarbone and was able to get my arm moving freely during one session. He is definitely my go to massage therapist!

Latest Review: How do I even begin to do justice to this incredible woman? I had the pure pleasure and honour of getting to know Amanda in India, where out paths crossed over a love of yoga and passion for knowledge and improvement. I instantly fell in love with this lady. Her classes challenged me physically (I sweated in a room that was barely 4 degrees!), enlightened me spiritually and gave me a deep clarity; one class in particular moved me to tears with a beautiful and overwhelming sense of love and friendship. I work as a yoga teacher and can honestly say, my inspiration to be the teacher I am today, came from this girl. I owe her everything I am today. She will forever be my yogi mentor and friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my friend x

Latest Review: I suffer from low back pain; muscle tightness, and stiffness throughout my whole body, with my hips legs and shoulders carrying the worst of it. With my profession a nurse, prior injuries, in addition to my hobbies/passion for snowboarding, hiking, biking and staying active, I believe I need to protect it from further wear and tear. After a painful experience with a prior masseuse, And realizing I'm was not truly feeling any progress/results, I decided to find a quality masseuse. I found Steve/Live Well on yelp and after reading great reviews, I decided to give him a try. There is a positive energy walking into his establishment, plus he gives you warm tea and a foot scrub before your massage. He asked about my medical history, hobbies, injuries, lifestyle and etc. His technique is nothing I've experienced before. While others dig into knots to try and release them, he identifies trigger points to help release knots and tension. Myofascial release, trigger points, are some of the common terms I hear. My last experience, the masseuse dug into a shoulder knot so deep my arm felt numb and I didn't like that. I have less pain, tightness, in my problem areas (shoulders, low back, and hips) after a massage. I usually go about every two weeks and I do 90 minutes because 60 minutes for my body just isn't enough. I have no complaints and have no doubts about the quality of his work, punctuality, and passion for what he does.
