This is a fixed-rate plumbing company, which means they charge high fees even for small jobs. In my case, they provided an estimate of $454.00 for a job that another plumber completed in less than an hour and with only $30 of parts (replacing two valves at the side of the house). The entire job took less than an hour and I couldn't justify employing this company at their astronomical rates.
