FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading in my field, and am pleased to take any courses that a client deems necessary in order for me to work on a project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked in a number of company's large and small, doing work from simple things like file maintenance, to project management, and even Executive Assistant. I am fairly adept at all aspects of business administration, and frankly if I can't do something I am not afraid to say it. Having said that, I do accounts payable, accounts receivables, dispute negations, training, policy and technical writing, hiring, on boarding, supply chain, transcription, federal compliances, customer service, personal assisting, executive services. I am also a credentialed teacher, so I do professional training, coaching, tutoring, test prep, and a bunch of other educational services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best piece of advice is to know what you are really looking for before you begin your search for a provider. Too many times, I have heard stories, or spoken with clients that really don't understand what it is they want, and that leaves them open to providers who will try to up-sell them on services. As a customer, if you don't really know what it is you need, or are unsure, ask some of you friends in the industry, if they know someone who is reputable. The only other suggestion I have, is to make sure the person you interview or hire, is willing to sit down and explain what is needed in terms that you can understand. Chances are, if they can't explain it to you, or are unwilling to do so, then they are not the professional you need or want.
