It was my pleasure working for you and your wife in solving all your sprinkler issues. I found a lot of issues that came up that were unforeseen when I took the job but I was not going to leave the job until everything was taken care of and your sprinkler system was running at 100%.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always like to go out to the customers house to see exactly what they want done so I can give them a proper quote. I don't charge a consulting fee which suprises a lot of my customers.. I always ask them if they have a budget they are working with and I will try to stay with in that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will set up an appointment to go and visit with them and look over the job site so I can come up with a game plan and give them a quote in person. I don't like to give blind quotes over the phone or online with out checking out the jobsite first. I will work with my customers especially if they ar eon a budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?i am always reading up on new ideas and new ways of doing things. i keep up to date on the new chemical laws.
