I had John as my personal trainer and I loved it! He constantly challenged me and helped me achieve more than I thought I could. He was really great at teaching how to have the correct form and technique for workouts. He made sure that we were activating all the muscles we wanted to work out that day. He did so well in motivating me and had a good understanding of what I was capable of. Not only did I feel amazing physically after our workouts, but also mentally! Get ready for some sweat, tears, and results! Despite John's bubbly personality his workouts are no joke. You will be pushed until you think you can do no more, but John's encouragement will carry you through every workout. I went from couch potato to running a 5K in a month! Simply put if you want results, go for John, If you want a routine that's not "routine", go for John, if you want to feel encouraged and motivated to exercise go for John! Before we started working out, John sat me down to talk about what my fitness goals. Which at the time was to be able increase my cardio abilities and strength training. From there he developed a fitness plan that incorporated cardio, strength training, and endurance. Every week, he would come up with a different way to target different body part and kept the workouts interesting. Most of the time, he would be right next to me doing the same exercises, challenging me to go further and to do more. I really enjoyed John as a personal trainer. He is a very friendly and optimistic person, who knows how to motivate you to push yourself harder. In terms of professionalism, he was always very responsive and adaptable to my schedule and personal restrictions. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I start with a complimentary session to get to the client. The session after that will be covered by the introduction price and that includes a one hour session as well as being able to reach out to throughout the week! Depending on how many sessions a client purchases, I can provide discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start off with a complimentary session so that the client and I are able to see if we are a good fit! In that session, I ask a few questions to see where the client is in their process and where they want to be. It will be then that I will make my game-plan for the client’s goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently a NASM certified CPT and have over five years in professional mentoring experience.
