When my partner and I started the process of finding our first property to purchase, we wanted to work with an agent that was patient, helpful and honest. Lisa brought these qualities and so much more to our home search. From the get-go, Lisa’s fun, warm personality and thoughtful approach put us at ease. Each property Lisa selected for us helped us zone in on the aspects of a home that we truly valued and Lisa’s ability to listen to and incorporate our feedback into the search were key to us finding a number of strong contenders very quickly. She didn’t just give us a long list of non-sense homes we didn’t care for like past agents, so it helped a lot on that part. Once we found the home we ultimately wanted to buy, she held our hands through the entire purchase process and masterfully helped us craft our winning bid at a fantastic price. Once the deal was closed and we had moved in, Lisa was still dedicated to making sure we were safe and comfortable in our new home. Lisa helped me sell an investment property. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well–she brought in 9 offers, all way above asking price. I can’t wait to work with her again.

Lisa sold my house andhelped me to buy a new one. One of the hardest working person in the business. She treat you like family, and work as hard as she can for you. If you are going to sell or buy a house I recommend you go with her. If I was ever going to sell or buy again she would be the first people I would call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyer - Free service For seller - Any services I provide is up to my client. I give a free consultation and free Market Analysis Report and they work with me on the fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For client selling their property: After the initial phone consultation, I would schedule to come see the place they are selling, then determine market value of their home base on research and market analysis. For client buying a home: Would need initial phone/text conversation to determine what client is pre-approved for. Process will go from there after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience: 14+ years real estate career, 10 years as property manager (currently managing both commercial and residential). 4 years in CIS (Computer Information Systems), website designer and software programmer, 4 years in Accounting, and a natural talent for Interior Designing
