Apparently my washer was beyond help. However, Subwolf responded very quickly and came the same day I put in the request After examining the machine it was determined that it would not be economically feasible to do the repairs because it would cost as much as a new washer. They did not charge me for the call. I will use them again if needed.

Great service! We had Subwolf out to take a look at our dryer that wasn’t working. Reached out on Sunday night and had someone out for an initial diagnostic the next day. They were able to order the part we needed replaced and they had fixed the dryer by Wednesday evening. Fast, responsive, professional. Found our go-to crew for any appliance issues!

Subwolf Tech was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem within minutes. Was honest and upfront about compressor price and it unfortunately cost as much as the LG Fridge. I was ready to pay service fee, but he was super nice and waived the fee. Though I didn’t use them this time I would definitely recommend this company if you need repairs. Honest and friendly! 😊

Update to my original review: SUBWOLF contacted me to inquire what had happened to cause me to write my negative review; I reiterated the below. They seemed to undestand my frustration and were anxious to make amends. James came out the next day and did everything the first tech didn't! He pulled the freezer out to check the back, as well as taking off the interior plate & performing several tests. He agreed that 1 of the items the other tech wanted to order was the correct part, but went on to say that the other parts on the original order, were NOT needed because they were "included as part" of the item he would order. This brought the cost of original estimate of $360 down to HALF of that! James & Veronica, who continued to call, seemed genuinely concerned about making things right and portraying that their company was competent. James had the needed part over-nighted (at no extra cost) & was back the next day to complete the repair. My freezer has been working great since. Thank you, SUBWOLF for taking care of your customers! See text on the attachments – they will offer more details to confirm my very negative review. I do not know where to start, there is NOTHING about SUBWOLF (aka Trinity Appliance Services) that would give me cause to recommend them to anyone! After entering my info on Thumbtack, I chose to send a request for contact to SUBWOLF regarding repairing my freezer. A man named, Max, had called me and texted (screen shots attached) several times on Sunday. At NO POINT did he lead me to believe I was actually communicating with Trinity Appliance Repair. I thought it was strange too, that neither company addressed my Request for Contact within the Thumbtack site as other companies have. I received a call Sunday eve from a female who was confirming the Monday appt, I had set up with Max via text. She was not particularly easy for me to understand, but I knew she had the time wrong. Because I was expecting other service-related calls, I asked her twice what company she was calling from; she finally answered when I supplied her with the name. The tech (Vass) who showed up to do the work today was obviously not comfortable speaking English. I am attributing this to, what came across as, a somewhat rude attitude; I think he may have been frustrated by my questions. I had done my own repair search, and already had an idea, so was asking for him to explain to me what was wrong with the freezer. He tried a couple of times, but as hard as I tried, I could not understand what he was saying. It made me feel like I was being rude by pushing him to explain, but I was not going to fork over more than $350 for a repair until I could decide if repairing the freezer was my best option. At one point, I think he tried to call in to the office for translation help, but their voice mailbox was full. Vass did not pull the freezer out to look at the back or even move the food to see where the temp control was set at. Ninety percent of the time he was here was spent on his phone looking up part prices. When I looked, I could see he was using the same site I had found my info on last night. He then presented me with an invoice to sign for $360 from “Trinity Appliance Services” company and got visibly upset when I asked if he worked for SUBWOLF (see attached text Number 5). I believe he said they were the “same company” and he showed me a blank invoice with the SUBWOLF name. When I asked where the $50 service had been applied, he said “already included.” I don't see it - maybe you can? When I said I wasn’t going to agree to purchase parts and pay labor until he could tell me what the problem he emailed me the invoice and stomped out. I was upset that he was leaving me worse off than I was before he arrived - my freezer was very cold, just not freezing hard. He had unplugged it and when he plugged it back in, it did not sound like it was running. I thought he was saying something about it taking 2-3 days to defrost. I needed to know if I would have to remove all the food inside so I went out to where he was sitting in his car and again asked for him to make himself more clear. I wasted an entire afternoon on this and am only taking the time to write this because I’m angry about the obvious discerption and want to see both companies called out for it.
