To say Uncle Jeff is enthusiastic would be an understatement! He loves what he does and your dogs will love him but, more importantly so will you! No more guilt about leaving for the weekend because your little pal will be having the time of his/her life with their favorite Uncle. I have known and used Jeff's services for the last 4 years and have really be saved when I had to travel and couldn't take my dog with me. He always was willing to fit me into his schedule, even when it was at the last minute, and when I couldn't get Max to him he didn't hesitate to come over in the 'Hummer' to pick him up at my home. When I leave Max with Jeff he doesn't arrive home fat, dirty or traumatized, in fact sometimes he doesn't want to come home!

Jeff gave my puppy Augi a boot camp training, where he learned how to socialize with other pups, have manners and listen. He was an out of control pup and Jeff gave us great direction for this little guy.

Jeff is not only "for the dogs", but the birds as well. He birdsat my parrots a few years back. It took the worry out of leaving them. Jeff loves animals!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is complicated. I charge a flat fee and there are no hidden fees like most well known high priced pet hotels
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love for a new client to bring thier pets to my facility so we can discuss the issues and concerns that they might have. I do an in depth tegration process with all animals to make sure that they are comfortable, safe and relaxed about the environment they will be involved in. I want them to see my facility in advance so they feel they have nothing to be anxious about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly surf the web for all any any information regarding pet health care and training. I also subscribe to various on line seminars that educate onn pet care health and training.
