Introduction: I am an Architectural and Interior Designer. I do any style from Classical to Traditional, as well as Contemporary, and design pertinent exterior and interior details accordingly. I am structurally inclined and work with structural engineers as consultants. I design the project whether it is a new residence or an addition, coordinate plans with the structural consultant and provide a set of Construction Documents to submit for plan check. I also do construction administration, if clients would be interested. My passion is Architecture and Interiors. I work intently with clients to discover their interests and what amuses them in order to reflect their lifestyle and tastes in their surroundings.I do not like trendiness and am keen to tailor my creations to the clients needs. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of a project from the planning, construction and landscaping to the finish details. My obsession to quality and attention to detail are my signature style.

I have worked with many building designers and Reza is unique in that he listens to his clients and tries to incorporate their ideas into a design that is practical and functional. He has an easygoing personality, accommodates changes, and has many contacts in the building trades. He obtained all of the necessary permits for me and helped legalize an unpermitted addition. I will definitely use his services again.
