What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll begin with a Free Consultation where we'll cover how health coaching works and answer any questions you have. Then together we’ll find your starting point and set up your first steps on your personal wellness journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I received my Master Health Coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and my Nutrition Coach certification from Precision Nutrition. I am also a Certified Sleep, Stress and Recovery Coach. I have a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University as well as years of experience with food running my own healthy artisanal catering business.
