FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spend a lot of time educating them. Most people know very little about what's involved in the restoration process. The more they know about what you are going to do and how the more comfortable they will feel. This advice and the estimate should be free.

Thirty years experience; Eight years in Europe working under the top restorations experts there. MA in Art History McGill University.
