David provided excellent service from the initial reply to my phone call to keeping in touch with his arrival time. I have a rental house so the carpet was stained and plenty dirty - it turned out great. I would highly recommend New Freedom to anyone.

I had to leave right before David arrived but my 2 sons were up. Editing and had moved the furniture that needed to be moved.I had 2 rooms but leaned they usually would vd 4 rooms because of their size. The Capet in the main living room had several stain areas but it as nothing compared to the family room. Several years of doilling food, foot traffic and god knows what else. it was filthy carpet. David , according to my 2 dons, age 18 and 21 was " hella cool". I came home at lunch to find carpet that looked brand new.I also learned all about David which mrsnt one thing. This guy not only an awesome carpet cleaner had the ability to keep interested and entertain two young men that srd not usually so Interested in the 40 and over generation. I could not be happier with the great service. Cindy
