Introduction: I am a caterer living in the Sacramento area. My heritage is from the Middle East and Greece, which combined, offers you the "best of both worlds". I learned to cook from the tender age of seven by my mother, who was taught by her mother in Jordan. My Mediterranean blends and flavors of food is what makes me unique. I cook from the heart, which comes through in my culinary cuisines. I aspire to be on "Chopped" one day. My biggest joy in this world is feeding people, especially my family.
