Jan is fabulous! As a woman, I am more comfortable having a woman instruct me on exercise and weights and such. She's very conscientious about making sure you are performing the action correctly so as not to injure yourself. And she's fun! Workouts seem to fly by!!

Jan understands that not everyone has the same needs and abilities and is fabulous at providing easy to follow modifications so you work out comfortably and safely every time. She's kind and encouraging. I always look forward to time spent with her so it's easy to keep up a consistent schedule and get stronger, longer and improve endurance. Can't recommend her highly enough.

I have been taking Jan's classes for a long time. She is the best instructor I know. She makes sure everyone does what they can do and never forces them to go beyond their abilities. I appreciate her the most because I have such a bad back and she makes sure I don't hurt myself instead of strengthening my back. When she looks at me, I know I have to be carefully. She knows everyone in her classes and is aware of who has a knee, back or other problem. I have never met an instructor as caring as Jan. She really knows what she is doing. She has been teaching the classes for a long time and is familiar with the routines. People took her classes day after day, year after year. To my knowledge, she is the best instructor I have ever met. I give her a gold star.

I have received great workouts from Jan through her fitness programs since 2012. She uses simple, easy to follow, movements to really work muscles, particularly the core. She is reliable, personable, knowledgeable, invigorating, in short everything one would want in a person to help achieve their fitness goals. Jan makes sure that her clients enjoy their workouts while ensuring a safe and effective exercise program.

    My certifications require continuing education and continuously attending workshops or online resources to stay current.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I usually do a circuit workout with my clients. Alternating full body exercises with small muscle groups to keep heart rate up.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Education and certifications are important but experience is where you really learn your profession.
