Introduction: We are experts in both pressure washing and softwashing and have the ability to perform either one, or both, on every job. Many times pressure washing is the worst choice! (roofs, homes, buildings). Sometimes it's the best choice (patios/decks, driveways, walkways). Often, we do both, so not only do we clean, but the surfaces we touch are also sanitized. This means the results look better and also stay cleaner 4-6 times longer than regular pressure washing alone.

We had a roof and stucco siding to wash. I researched all the exterior washing companies I could find in Los Angeles. I made contact with a couple. Steve with Coastal Softwash was both responsive and knowledgeable without any sense of sales pressure or hype. His prices were fair. Showed up when planned. Did a great job. I wanted to have my 50-year-old cement red tile roof in this development cleaned (it hadn't been done in the nearly 18 years I've lived here) because it just looked bad -- dull and green with mildew and algae -- certainly compared to a neighbor's just-cleaned roof. Turns out power washing (or pressure washing) would be a terrible idea because with these tiles, the color is a slurry coating on the surface, and isn't mixed in with the cement. Pressure (or power) washing would have blasted it off. With just a few questions, and after having a look at the house on Google Earth, Coastal Softwash gave me a bid over the phone. They showed up on time and as advertised. Though they are careful to say that their combination of water, a cleanser and a bit of bleach may take a few weather cycles to show its full effect, mine looked amazingly better before they'd even wrapped up their gear at the end of the job. I recommend them.

Effective treatment by a professional company. Coastal Wash USA delivered on time and at a reasonable price. They cleaned absolutely everything, made no noise, and 4 hours later I could see my red tile roof again. I had chosen this process as I had heard a number of friends complaints about broken tiles when pressure washing was used. I am impressed with the results immediately after, while I recognize that this is still not as good as it's supposed to get once the entire process weathers. Thanks soooo much Coastal Softwash USA.
