Marriage and Relationship Counseling
My partner and I could not have found a better fit! Our relationship was getting very strained until we started counseling here. Our relationship has truly taken a 180. We are so happy to have found our counselor, Adriana. 10/10 would recommend.Jan 14, 2018Verified
Adriana is warm and inviting. Her energy is so nurturing and helps me see my value. She helps me realize my goals and what’s best for me and stay on track with achieving them, without judgement or shame.Dec 30, 2018
Adriana was wonderful. She was able to listen and hear my concerns and was able to assist me with clear communication. I felt relieved and renewed. She went beyond my expectations. She is reliable and her experience speaks for itself. I highly recommend Adriana.Jul 23, 2014
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We work on a sliding scale, based on your income. To receive a lower rate, you simply need to provide proof of income, student ID, military ID, and/or driver's license if you are a senior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients need to complete intake paperwork. (It's not too long and provides the Therapist with some important information to begin.) It's ideal if this can be done prior to the first session. All forms are located on our website here: venturacommunitycounseling.com/forms Clients can bring in the paperwork to their first session or scan and email documents to VCC @ Ventura Community Counseling dot com.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Ventura Community Counseling facilitates a support group at a Ventura County women's homeless shelter every Thursday evening. It is wonderful to watch the residents grow, heal, and change their lives. Many of them struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and unresolved trauma. On Thursdays we bring coping tools, healing activities, opportunities for them to share their stories, and constant reminders for self-care! Being there every Thursday is a gift - we learn from them just as much they might learn from us! If you want to support this work, VCC is a 501c3 organization. By donating to our organization, you'd be supporting our ability to help more people. Look for our donation link on our homepage: www Ventura Community Counseling com
