Jeff completed a multi-faceted job (patio cover replacement, roof replacement, dry rot repair, stucco repair, pool deck repair, exterior painting) for me recently, and I was thrilled with the result. As with many remodels, the scope of the job increases and evolves as the project progresses. Jeff has a wide range of skills, and is very good about delineating alternate solutions to all the problems that arise. He is intelligent, honest, skilled, and reliable. He takes great pride in his work, and is willing to do everything necessary to make the customer happy. I enjoyed working with Jeff, and would hire him again for projects in the future. I would recommend him highly, and without hesitation, to family and friends.Sep 22, 2016Verified
We were doing a complete remodel on our rental building in Long Beach. The stairs were old and damaged, as well as the railings and courtyard concrete. The courtyard area also puddled when it rained, which further added complications. The railings no longer met code. Andreson demolished the old stairs and completely rebuilt the staircases and added the LifeDeck waterproofing system. There were several steps and layers in the process, adding safety and functionality. The end result was a strong new staircase (3 flights), which was done by code and passed all inspections. All waterproofed and secure, with a great looking finish coat. Also, the water drains effectively from the top stairs to the bottom, and the new courtyard concrete Andreson poured is all pitched so that we no longer have issues with puddling. The new railings are sturdy and meet code. The entire job looks and functions great, as an important part of the entrance aesthetic appeal safety of our rental property. Overall, Jeff Andreson did a very quality job and we would hire him again for future work of this nature.Jul 15, 2015

Jeff with Andreson Builders designed and built a cover for the breezeway between our house and garage. We wanted to cover our outdoor entertainment center from the elements and give it an industrial flavor. He special ordered 16 ft. long galvanized corrugated roofing panels and installed them on big stained beams he and his team constructed. It looks a little like a World War II GI bar on a South Pacific island just the look we wanted. We will hire his team again for future projects.Sep 20, 2014
