Barre Body pilates is by far the best gym in the valley. I have tried many gyms and always get injured. Jassmine( the owner) is very knowledgeable and always makes corrections or modifications. She is upbeat, positive, great music and her classes are always different. You will never get bored with the same routine. She also offers a variety of classes such as pilates, TRX, just to name a few. My body has changed so much since I started. Furthermore, am excited everyday to workout instead of dreading it.. Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring.
